Yummy! Not as rich as a regular eggnogg but dang tasty! Also used it this morning to make pancakes with Pamela's Pancake Mix. Delish!!

in my Pamela's Pancake Mix batter instead of water (I usually sub regular soy milk for the water anyway and add a splash of vanilla.) Best pancakes ever!
