2. They set up the mail order.

Apparently it keeps for ages in refrigeration, which sounds like a huge plus over FYH (which also doesn't melt without an act of god.) I've never gone through a whole packet of FYH without it going moldy.

5. Well, we bit and ordered the 1 lb. sample pack.

I'm excited. They're really nice. When they emailed the order confirmation they asked for restaurant suggestions, so I told them to contact Sidecar Pigs for Peace, a vegan store here. They wrote back and said that they've already shipped an order to Pizza Pi, a vegan pizza place right across the street from there, so hopefully we'll have a local outlet for this (and hopefully it will be as good as it looks). :9
