Thoughts? Can't decide if I want to spend extra dough on double processors or save and get an iMac.

If so, then you should definately go for the dual Powermac. I'm using a dual 1.8ghz G5 for video (FCP, After Effects, Photoshop mostly) and its been great. The Powermacs have other advantages to video work besides speed (more RAM, 2 hard drives, better video cards, etc.)
