| Combo Drive is ejecting music CDs! |
|
Edited on Mon Oct-15-07 05:36 PM by supernova
I tried to play a CD and add the music to my iTunes, but the drive just chokes on on the CD and spits it back out. :P
Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with my DVD drive? (It's a commercial music CD 2 years old.)
edit: Tried a CD-R someone made for me and the same thing happened. It's like it doesn't recognize the CD.

| 1. No one here heard of this problem? |
|
I checked the discussion boards, and there is plenty of discussion about it, possibly overly sensitive drives, but it doesn't seem to have an answer.

Mine ejected everything but DVDs. Had to have the drive replaced. Luckily it was still under warranty.

I think I'll stick in my NIN CD/DVD and see what happens.
Dammit. i would really love not to have to have the SuperDrive replaced.
