I am having horrible time with navigating it. Their help menu shows windows that I do not have, even though I am going through their skype for the Mac X.
I was having problems with the microphone, I thought, until I realized that what I thought was an ON is actually a Mute button (duh!)
Still when I call their voice testing it does not work..

Started from scratch deleted the downloaded.
Now my problem is the speakers. I have a head set with earphones and a microphone, but when I finally did manage to generate a contact I hear my party through the computer speakers
Is there a way to suppress them so that the voice comes only through the headphones?
Thanks.

but without my computer in front of me right now, I can not remember exactly how.
Open system preferences and go to the sound tab and select your headphones as the output. make sure they are plugged in when doing this.
