Just download the Mac version of Windows Media Player. You may also need flip4mac. Both are free downloads.

3. You will still need Flip4Mac (also free)

M$ quit developing WMP for Mac about 4 releases ago. Flip4Mac (a plug-in) opens WMV files in Quicktime.
