I bought the double cream butter that Trader Joe's had in their dairy case. Will I survive Thursday or will my arteries clog at the table?
Should I die with Rolls or Biscuits?

I wish we could get the triple A grade butter from Europe.

| 3. Real butter is way better for you than margarine |

besides a little goes a long way. In cooking, you can add a pat of real butter to olive oil to give the buttery taste without all the cholesterol. If you soften your butter to room temperature, it won't take as much to spread on the rolls. I usually whip my butter for Thanksgiving breads.
