what's your favorite bedtime snack?

Mine varies. Sometimes it's a bowl of oatmeal. Lately it has been a sliced fresh pear and some cubes of Danish bleu cheese from Trader Joe's. Often it's toast and milk.

It's not a fourth meal. I call it my "night-before" breakfast, as I only have coffee in the mornings.

1. Sourdough pretzels

I'm such a PA girl.

And, of course, I only have them after I've already brushed and flossed, so that I get to do it all over again, and NEVER LEARN.

2. A good Soppressa Salami and Sharp Cheddar Cheese

or a good Summer Sausage.

I found a new variety apple over the weekend called "Gold Rush." Sweet-tart, crunchy, crunchy. Mmmmmhhhh.

12. No, it's just a fairly new variety of Golden Delicious

that tastes like it was crossed with something tart and crunchy. It really gives your taste buds a rush. I live in N. Georgia and they're grown near the GA/NC border.

....... jelly eaten the same way ..... as a chaser.
