Does anyone have a biscotti recipe.......

Dried cherries, Walnuts , white chocolate, and dark chocolate(dutch process) ? I'm making up a gift for my favourite uncle which will include Beigli, Ciabatta, a country style sourdough studded with Kalamata olives and fresh herbs. Also can anyone recommend a good tea for accompanying the ciabatta, as I'm sure that he will eat it BY ITSELF with a good cup of tea. Has a raging sweet tooth and a love for baked goods.
