Mixed up the dough for the CI bread tonight.

I hope this comes out right. Instead of replacing only one cup of the white with whole wheat, I did a half and half and added three more tablespoons of beer because it seemed dry. I also forgot to mix the honey into the water so I had to add it about 3/4 of the way through mixing it. I ended up kind of kneading it in the bowl a little to incorporate all the honey well.

I'm still such an amateur when it comes to bread, so I hope I didn't screw it up too badly that it won't come out. I guess I'll know in the morning.

I musta screwed it up and have to start it all over again. After 8 hours it isn't much bigger at all but it is a little wetter. Dang.
