I'm doing grilled pizza tonight. I'm making the dough. I had all the dry ingredients in the food processor. I had the water measured and was about to add the olive oil.

The phone rang.

I talked. I said goodbye. I got back to work.

Cuisinart on. Olive oil in. Water in.

Dough ball forms.

I see the package of yeast.

Laying beside the Cuisinart.

Unopened.

for every time I've done something like that! Usually when I'm running out of weekend and still have tons of stuff to prepare for the week.

Meaning, of course, you can't cook and compute/talk on the phone/pet the cat/empty the dishwasher.
