Oh the corned beef and root veggies was amazing...
and the Reubens were great...
And the plain slices right off the piece with a paper thin slice of cheese delectable....
And today the corned beef hash really browned up nicely and was tasty right out of the pan, no fried eggs necessary....
but man I am corned out!!!!

Meat is not something that appears on the menu every night of the week around here. I just thawed out a chunk of our xmas ham to put in a pot of beans last week.
And I really don't want to get tired of it.
