3. I love pork belly!

I like to cure and smoke my own bacon and pancetta. I always wondered what the belly would taste like just cooked. I did it much like the video shows but I didn't know about poking the holes in it. I will do that next time. The flavor of the meat is heavenly. Can't eat it very often though.
