How'd ya light it?






I'm really sorry ...... I'm coming off a bad cold for which I was unable to take any meds (cuzza my meds) and my mind is not right today.

6. Tea and spice smoked duck
done as in Barbara Tropp's book.

I rendered the bird and pretty much cooked it in the oven, then set up the wok as a smoker.

And a good time was had by all, although the house was a little ripe for a few days.
