Fresh corn tortillas from the little Mexican market down the street. Some pinto beans I had stuck in the freezer. A nice fat double-yolked egg, sunny side up. Topped with chopped nopalitos (from a jar) and mildly hot salsa from Trader Joe's.
Kestrel's version of huevos rancheros. Yummmmmmm.
