1. I love, love, love bruschetta.

I fix it often when I don't want anything heavy but want flavor. I do many variations on this recipe except for the bread. I just toast french bread or baguette. Wonderful!

2. Ditto, and it was the first item that caused/help my mother to like fresh tomatoes!

Such an anomaly, a great cook who never liked fresh tomatoes until, somewhere, somehow, she tried bruschetta!

3. I like a little balsamic vinegar

and basil chiffonade in mine.

It depends on my mood. In fact, I am seriously thinking about throwing some bruschetta together in just a few minutes. I always, always do chiffonade basil in mine. That is what makes it!
