have been experimenting with it lately. I never really knew what to do with the fronds. Somewhere, there was an article that said to use the fronds as you would celery, so I tried using them in soups, but they always seemed to stay too crunchy and firm while the rest of the vegetables were cooked through. This sounds like a great way to use those delicate, lovely stalks.
