I got a lovely bunch in the CSA box and I've never used it before. I tasted some raw and googled around for some cooked recipes. I don't think I'd enjoy it raw in a salad as it's flavor has a bit too much of a bite for me. Anyone ever cooked something delish with it?
Young leaves are good in salad (< 5 inches in length) if one likes a little bite but the larger ones are best chopped and quickly sauteed or braised with minced garlic. Because of their mustardy bite, they make a good green for Asian style stir-fry too.
