Chocolate Mousse Peeps. Yes, I bought some!...

I love Peeps! Nobody else in my family likes them so I only buy a few for Easter. I already had some pink bunnies but when I saw the chocolate ones, I had to try them. I also bought ONE, exactly one, chocolate covered Peep. Hey, I still love the regular Peeps but I like when they add something new.

I'll look for them when I go out today. I need a seasonal garnish for a cake I'm taking to some friends tomorrow. It's frosted with chocolate truffle icing I'll be piling chocolate dipped strawberries on top and around the sides. It would be fun to have Peep bunnies 'farming' among the berries. They are better with a little warming in the microwave IMO.. They get fat and melty...

4. I'm not a fan of Peeps. I liked them as a child, but now the vivid colors

make it too hard for me to eat. They're cute, though. And they have a facebook page, I think.
