1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips 3 tbsp butter
Put chips into a heatable class bowl or measuring cup. Put butter on top- do not mix yet. Cover with waxed paper and heat in microwave for about 1min on medium. Stir.
You can spread on toast (with peanut butter!) or on top of cookies, brownies, or cake. Refrigerate when done, but always reheat on medium.
P.s. Do not heat on 'high,' as the chocolate will burn. Adding or removing butter will change the consistency.
