My son was diagnosed with complex partial seizures several weeks ago...

He's 31 and has his whole life before him. The tests finally showed that they're originating in the temporal lobe, location of long-term memory and sight. He had a head injury when he was in high school.

His attitude is great, but he's now dependent on others for transportation, and probably will be for many months to come. Right now he's working from home and only going in to the office two days a week, but it's a strain on the working relationships because although his boss is saying all the right things, bosses really like to see a person working right in front of their eyes.

Okay, I'll cut to the chase. This scares me spitless, and I know that deep down inside he's scared too. When I included a paragraph about him in my letters to the President, my Senators, and my Rep, I suddenly broke down and cried.

So any good thoughts, prayers, or meditations sent Ben's way would be so very welcome. Thank you.
