Difficulty in cloning Dell desktop.
Trying to clone hard drive with True Image. Process starts and then just sits there with no progress. I'm thinking there is a problem with all the hidden partitions Dell has. It's just supposed to be a straight new drive replacement from one 80Gb drive to another 80Gb.

1. I had the same freeze problem with Acronis



... on an HP Vista Home Premium machine. I stopped it, rebooted and it worked OK the next time.

I had no idea what caused it. I had disabled the firewall and A/V software. :shrug:
