The "main street" clickable graphic. That's something I'm very interested in. Is that a widget (if not in this case, do you think it's available as one elsewhere?)?

1. Okay, I see it's a "flash interactive map." I had no idea how to...

Google it, but now I see that's what this feature is called, so now I'm trying to find more of a community or town icon template versus the typical city, state, country maps that are abundant.

2. It is simply a flash animation

with links. Not really a lot of work involved other than whatever time was spent drawing the landscape/buildings.

Edit to add: you may be able to find a site that sells editable templates, possibly with more than one "street" or different "scenes" to choose from. You'll need a flash developer/designer if you're looking for a custom setting. (Example: an animated graphic representation of your own neighborhood's "Main Street")
