I turned on my computer this evening. Most of my desktop shortcuts were gone. When I opened Firefox, it went to the homepage re it's V3 improvements. Apparently FF updated itself.

My bookmarks are gone, as is my StumbleUpon toolbar.

To 3.0.10. What version is Firefox showing?

Are you certain no one else used the computer while you were away? Perhaps reverted to an earlier Windows restore point?
