What are the pros and cons of installing windows 7 over XP? I've heard that Windows 7 is the best so far...

Right now I'm running Windows 7 (64 bit Release Candidate) on a virtual PC set up on my XP Pro Media Center 2005, AMD dual core on a Dell E521. So far I love it! :smoke:
