Is there one resource you can recommend where....


one can stay abreast of ew platforms, new tools, new widgets, etc., etc?

Good grief, for a novice who can handle editing CSS and HTML but can't program from scratch, the list of web-based platforms and tools to develop a site is growing daily. I know that's good and bad.

Any suggestions for websites where the new CMS platforms, social networking tools, plug-ins, widgets, etc., are discussed by those who know their stuff from a technical perspective?
