I keep getting server unavailable do I want to retry - is this s problem or is the server really not available?

1. Are you trying to update an existing install from a previous version?

I've found that trying to that can be a pain. It's easier to download the latest version and save on your drive. Uninstall the previous version and then install the new version. I've had it lock up and do weird things if I tried to upgrade from a previous one.

If you're just trying to update the definitions, try a different download location from the list.
