1. A good 1st step is to check your internet speed connection

It takes only a couple of minutes and, if this checks out OK, it's probably a hardware problem; maybe you need more RAM? If the test says it's poor, then you might want to talk with your ISP....you can output the test results to support your case. Test it a few times during the course of a day to see what you really average.
