looking for a way to make an animated avatar
i have two pics i want the avatar to flash back and forth between.

what program do i use? any suggestions?

3. Yeah, all is OK
head was spinning for a few days but settled down now.
BTW, if you need to convert images to .gif format, use IrfanView :hi:

i have a gif converter and a .ani converter already, but i'll definitely check this one out!
