so i fight it for days trying to get Google to work.. no luck... but guess what, it works just fine on 'BING'.
how do i get Google back, ..?? i cant even load Google but i can get to my mail. it's beed hijacked.!!

went into the options and ask to have it reset to the defaults - of course now I don't remember the exact steps - after that it worked - or it might have had something to do with the install of an update and turning off the firewall - sorry I got it fixed but don't remember since I was doing so many things because I started to get that message or something similar when I was trying to install an update for my MagicJack

Usually it's a piece of malware that messes with the browser to force your pages to redirect. Try downloading Hijack-This: http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.htmlPost the Hijack-This log if you want and I'll examine it.
