Question about Microsoft customer support

My employer sent out an offer where we could buy Office 2003 for $10. So I bought it. I received a software disk in the mail and they charged my credit card. The paperwork with the software said I needed to use a code that I got in an email when I made the purchase. But I never got an email with a code. (Yes, I checked my spam folder).

So I emailed customer support and have heard nothing.

Am I just out my $10??

Any ideas - how else can I contact Microsoft?

1. Does not sound like a true MS offer they don't do discounts that I know of. nt

I have the CD with the software on it. Lots of my co-workers have bought it and it works just fine.

It should work for your disk too.
