This works for me (so far)

For Internet Explorer open Internet Options (click on Tools,then click on Internet Options). Click on the Security tab. Click on the Restricted Sites Logo (Red circle with the slash) Click on Sites. There will be an ADD button. Delete whatever is in the field to the left of ADD button (it will likely show the page you are viewing). Enter the following, including the asterisk (*), and click ADD.

*.addthis.com

Click CLOSE. Click OK. Close Internet Explorer and it should not have the ads next time you mouse over those "Toolbars" on a web page. (I hope)

This has also worked for those annoying "Vibrant Ad's" that pop-up when you mouse over them.:argh:
As described above, type the following three lines, one at a time, and click Add after each one.

*.vibrantmedia.com
*.intellitxt.com
*.kontera.com

Click CLOSE. Click OK. Close Internet Explorer and it should not have the ads next time you use it.
