Firefox users: Mozilla blocking MS .Net and WPF Add-Ons for your protection

I just got a little pop-up telling me that Mozilla is blocking “Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant and Windows Presentation Foundation, all versions, for all applications. Reason: remote code execution vulnerability (see bug 522777)” and telling me to restart Firefox to complete the blocking.

I'm perpetually paranoid about shit like this, so I did a little Googling before clicking "restart", and found the link above. Looks like Mozilla is keeping me safe once again from Microsoft crap.

1. Too funny... just yesturday I installed .NET and I got that message also.

and was hoping that it would solve my Sunbelt Firewall problem but no luck there.
