OK...like so many others before me, building a website has proven a daunting task.
My website will have no "blogs" or "forums" It is an information site that will post news stories and links to sites with job ads and educational opportunities. I visualize three collumns the first one labeled jobs...the next labled education and the next labled news.
The collumns will provide a list of different resources that you can click on that will take you to a dedicated page that you can learn about jobs/scholarships offered and a link to take you to the website (outside) where the jobs etc are offered.
What is the best language or software to use for this? Any ideas or insights would be appreciated...

| 2. There are now strong conventions for an advert column, this is almost |
|
considered by many web designers to be mandatory. Check out before you get too far into development.
