Any suggestions for a web host for a pdf document(s)?

I have to send out by email a copy -- and maybe many -- of an article I wrote some time ago. I have scanned it into my computer and turned it into a pdf.

Problem is it's 28 megs. I would rather have it hosted somewhere and just send the link in emails.

I googled "web host pdf files" and got a few companies, but I don't know anything about them, whether they legit, etc.

Anyone ever done this? Any suggestions?
