Cope, wait or un-install and start over?

I have an HP 1210 all-in-one that is giving me some problems today. I'm trying to can a photo and send it to someone. Error messages. Program not responding etc. Maybe I did something when I used CCleaner. No idea. Would it be best to remove all the components of the PSC and reinstall? (If I can find the disk.) I'd like to send this picture but it is a no go, no matter what I do.

1. Unlikely that CCleaner removed

any essential drivers.

Do you have an image editing program such as IrfanView? You can bypass the automated, one button stuff and manually scan very easily.

2. Thanks, I have IrfanView and didn't know what it was for.

I tend to keep away from stuff that I don't understand. I don't even take a sneak peek.
I did as you said and was able to send off the photo.
