| Firefox Extensions and Win 7 |
Got a question for you all....
I've been running Win 7 for a few weeks on a new laptop and I like it. I noticed that a number of extensions that I imported from MozBackup aren't working. They appear in the list. Interestingly, ones that work are in green, ones that are not compliant (and not active in 3.5.6) are in red. Then there are the ones in colored black....they are in the extension folder as enabled, but don't seem to be available. I've tried deleting and reloading direct from Mozilla w/o success....any suggestions?

| 2. I have another problem with Win 7 |
Ever since I upgraded to Windows 7 whenever I'm using Mozilla Firefox version 3.5.6 I get dumped out completely and I'm left with a blank screen. I use a PuertoRicans.com toolbar that lets me know when I'm getting an email. I don't know what to do about it.

| 3. It's a pain, but maybe delete and reinstall? |
I use MozBackup for keeping my bookmarks, settings, add-ons, extensions, themes, etc. available if I need to add FF to a new computer or delete/reinstall Firefox when I have a problem (not very often). Of course, if you have some malware embedded in your current Firefox, that would only replicate if you reinstalled your settings from MozBackUp. Mozbackup allows you to choose which components you want saved (like bookmarks only)...that would save a significant amount of reinstall time/aggravation.
