Quickbooks Online Tutorial

Can anyone recommend a good and in depth online tutorial for Quickbooks. I don't mean the superficial stuff that comes in the program, how to write a check, etc.
I know all that.
What I don't know is the ultimate info on the program, such as how to get it to put payments where I want them, rather than the last open invoice, how to show invoices as paid without the program telling me I have to enter some other amount, etc.
I didn't set it up. Maybe that was the problem, that it was set up to automatically do things that I want to do manually.
I know Intuit offer tutorials or classes, starting at $389.95. Too much. I want online and less costly.
Can anyone recommend?
