Know a free MOV to WMV converter?

I need to edit videos with what I have access to free. (without watermarks)

2 of 6 files sent to me are MOV (guessing Mac stuff) and I can't edit the files as they are.

Any suggestions?

2. Yea, I tried 3 random ones before posting

2 had "purchase now" watermarks and the other sent antivirus into an uproar.

I was hoping someone knew a good free one without watermarks, so I didn't have to accidently install something malicious unknowingly.
