Can anyone recommend a good VoIP service?
I need a good VoIP service (and please don't recommend Vonage, Skype or Magic Jack). Are there any good VoIP providers out there that provide good, quality service at a decent price?

4. I've had Vonage for at least two years. It's great
except you can't fax through it.
