Both are freaking ridiculous.
What in the world do you need all those pcie slots for?
If you cant get there with two video cards 6 isnt going to make the difference really in my opinion.
Have you decided on the cards you are going to use BTW? I am going to assume NVIDIA?

Also....when I want to upgrade, they sell very fast on Ebay.
Last one I sold (when I upgraded)..I paid 329 for it new.. got almost 200 on ebay for it.
So I essentially had a great Board for 2 years for 129 bucks. :) :)
