Any online graphic editor programs/websites...

which enable one to change colors of specific objects within graphic images, not merely change all things which are a certain color to another color but change the color of specific elements?

I need this so rarely that I can't justify an expensive program like PhotoShop or Corel, even if I could afford it.

So, I'm wondering if there's some delightful tool out there available for such needs.

1. Maybe you should check out OpenDisk. It's free and includes

a number of graphics programs like GIMP
