Are you asking if you can make UMA calls on the iPhone then no. AT&T still blocks it.

and a carrier that is not so great and is more expensive "as I have read"
A phone that drops calls if you touch it in the wrong place and you have to do a jail break to use other apps.
Man I want me one of those.
