and have time, energy and patience to spare, I'd appreciate your help. :)

I need to get much more up to speed regarding WordPress but don't have the focused time to do so in order to implement what I need to create rather quickly.

This isn't an ongoing project; I simply need help getting it started. :)

I have a cool WordPress theme already, the MU program (WordPress's multiple user platform) uploaded to the server, and now need to customize the template, figure out the whole multiple user thingie, and incorporate an Amazon astore.

except for the MU program. I've never used it.

I customized my own template and all that stuff but I don't even know how MU is different. How many blogs do you have?
