I haven't had any issues nor have I updated to 3.6.10 yet so I can't speak to your problems, but you may be one of the limited number of users vaguely referred to in the release notes at the link.

Other recent issues with FF starting with v3.6.4, maybe you can find something to help with your issues. Sorry I can't be of more help to you.
