So what does it mean that when I click on my server's website it says, Hacked By IslamiC GhOst TeaM?

So what does it mean that when I click on my server's website it says, Hacked By IslamiC GhOst TeaM?

When I click on the page's properties the URL is to vanharlingen.net/forms/use/cachay/files/is.jpg

And if my server was hacked, does that mean MY computer is hacked?

1. These people have hacked about 7,000 websites. Just clear your server up and...
...get a password that isn't so easily hacked.
..and your computer hacked?...probably not but scan it anyway. :)
