As ya know, I (and everyone else here) can offer opinions. Until time is taken to diagnose the fault it's all pissing in the wind.
I don't usually give plugs for software here, but Team Viewer is an exceptionally trouble free, non demanding remote connection solution. Sis and I have used it for several months now to diagnose and fix her computer problems.
