What version of Windows (?) are you using? Did you ever get scammed by a known fake anti-virus (and if so, which one)? What antivirus software do you use and is it up-to-date? Do you run a firewall? Have you tried malwarebytes?Here's a suggestion, but I can't vouch for it:
