Kitten rescue: I don't know what to do

I have school from 10-6:30 tomorrow, work from 11-5 Tuesday, school from 10-3 Weds., etc. The kitten in 100 miles away. I can't bring him or her here until I know that they are clear for feline leukemia, etc.

I'm so frustrated right now. I just want to have this little guy/girl home safe with us:
