So my Teachers from the Meditation classes I go to are taking their annual trip. they go down there and receive healings, hold space, etc for 2 weeks. Part of the process and gift for us who are connected to the group/school that is going is that we get to send pictures of ourselves to be prayed over and recieves healings from the entities ...for up to a full year.

Pretty intense stuff. We are encouraged to make the next 2 weeks a 'self retreat' of sorts, meditate more, spend time connecting to the Casa and the space, etc...

we get to choose 3 things to have the entities and prayers focus on for us too...
mine were
- assistance in releasing all addictions to tobacco, alcohol etc.
- ease and grace in ALL my loving relationships
- confidence in my own success and abundance

so, ya... my 'ex boyfriend' who is still in the classes with me and we are still really close now was my photo taker, we had lunch yesterday and discussed our journeys and self-retreats and the picture came out so nice...i guess my energy is definitely shifting...

so i thought i would share, and encourage you guys to connect into this healing flow too...

2. well...my picture/spirit is what is going

but i am sure i am already feeling the waves right here in my own space!

been coughing up stuff and having interesting body stuff today, so the pourge has begun
I will post one of the videos we watched in class, it is really amazing...
you can see his presence shift as the spirits come in to work through him...

4. I'm quite fascinated with him

I have a dear friend with cancer and wish I could send her down to Brazil. She's so fabulous and enlightened. Will need to check to see if there is some way to include her in a healing from afar.

6. day one...

This morning started pretty normal, but after breakfast something shifted.
I took a bath and ran energy for the day, and set my intentions for the day as well, which is something i don't often remember to do or take the time for...

ran around at work, no biggie, checking the property before checkin is a pretty easy thing
had lunch with my exboyfriend turned meditation class buddy and he said he was feeling the shift today too
we agreed we were both feeling like we were being 'worked over', but the experience wasn't really having a detrimental effect, if anything ...things seemed really clear and easy and positive...

by the end of the day i started feeling a bit woozy, like i'd been on some kind of speed train of energy and was crashing...
i kept asking the angels to back off but it was basically all I could do to hold it together through the afternoon.
got the kids from school, got home and took a shower and just felt like my innards were being worked...just dull achey pain
(ironically, i am also on my moontime this week, so letting go is a physical thing for sure)
i was blowing all kind of stuff out of my nose and coughing up gunk too... kept thinking of the 'surgreies' that john of god does when he pulls the funky stuff out of people...

I sat down on the couch and tried to read and relax and ease my body into a better place...and totally passed out for an hour!
the kids were fine, the phone didn't ring
i just went to sleep
no doubt so the entities could finish working on me

i woke up with no more pain in my belly and feeling normal and awake like coming out of a light meditation.

now on with the rest of the evening....wild stuff, man
